I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering and 10 years’ experience of working with process understanding and development in both academia and industry. I am a certified coach, MBTI practitioner and Radical Collaboration trainer and have led training courses in conflict management, communication and leadership since 2006. My work is a combination of many years of experience both as an engineer and a trainer.

At the moment I work at Softhouse Consulting as an Agile Coach.
